Weekend Food Log – 10.17.09 & 10.18.09

We spent the weekend out with The In-Laws – fun as always!  It’s hard to believe that they’ll probably be halfway around the world within a month!  Here’s what I ate, so far as I can remember.  Next time I’ll write it down, for sure!

Saturday:

  • Breakfast – 2 eggs (185), 2.5 slices bacon (115), 8 oz. OJ (110)
  • Snack – 10 oz. rock shandy (63)
  • Lunch – Hoagie-style ham sandwich (510), potato chips (621), 3 T Velveeta queso (180), 1 apple (95), 3 T caramel (325), 8 oz. water
  • Snack – 4 Rolo pieces (105), 4 Mini Reeses (360), 6 oz. hot chocolate (113)
  • Supper – 6 oz. hot chocolate (113)

Daily Calorie Intake:  2605

Daily Water Intake:  8 oz. water

Sunday:

  • Breakfast – 1 egg (92), 1 slice toast (65), 6 oz. coffee w/ creamer/2 tsp. sugar (70)
  • Lunch – 4 oz. chicken breast (142), 1 C mashed potatoes (237), 1.5 C salad w/ 1 tsp. Italian dressing (30), 20 oz. sweet tea (150)
  • Snack – 5 Rolo pieces (105), 4 Mini Reeses (360), 6 oz. hot chocolate (113)
  • Supper – none
  • Snack – 4 oz. skim milk (45)
  • Other – medicine

Daily Calorie Intake:  1409

Daily Water Intake:  0

Overall, not so great.  The weekend itself was wonderful, I just didn’t control my sugar intake.  Today’s a new day!  🙂
