  • Lunch – 2 ham buns (558), Campbell’s Select Harvest Chicken w/ Egg Noodles soup (240)
  • Snack – 6 oz. water, 1 fruit tootsie roll (12), 3 candy corn pieces (26), 2 Mini 3 Musketeers (380)
  • Supper – half order spinach quesadillas (450), 1.5 T guacamole (110), 1 tsp. sour cream (13), 16 oz. water

Daily Calorie Intake:  2120

Daily Water Intake (oz.): 30
