Only a “meh” day today – definitely dreading tomorrow’s weigh-in.  😦

  • Breakfast – 2 eggs
  • Snack – 1/3 C jelly beans
  • Lunch – 6 oz. roast beef w/ brown gravy, 2/3 C mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy, 1 peach, canned, 20 oz. sweet tea
  • Snack – 1/2 C jelly beans
  • Supper – smoothie
  • Other – 1 Vit. C tablet
