Daily Log – 11.03.09

Not too horrible today!  At least, not until the jelly beans….

  • Breakfast:  1 slice banana bread (248)
  • Snack:  4 oz. coffee w/ creamer/sweetener (11), 8 oz. water
  • Lunch:  Clam chowder (220), Yoplait Strawberry Orange Sunrise (100), 8 oz. water
  • Snack: 1 oz. pistachios (170), 1 C jelly beans (413), 16 oz. water
  • Supper:  Stir fry – chicken/carrots/broccoli/onions/pasta (EST-465), kettle corn (240), 8 oz. water
  • Other:  1 Vit. C chewable

Daily Calorie Intake: 1868

Daily Water Intake: 40 oz.

Daily Exercise:  none 😦
