  • Breakfast:  1 C Kashi Lean Crunch (200 – 9), 1 C skim milk (91 – 9)
  • Snack:  4 oz. coffee w/ creamer/sweetener (11), 16 oz. water
  • Lunch:  4 oz. beef sirloin roast (253 – 31), 1/2 red potato (61 – 2), 1/4 onion (7), 3 baby carrots (11), 8 oz. water
  • Snack:  Milky Way candy bar (260 – 2), Snapple Diet Peach Green Tea (5)
  • Supper:  (Mediterranean – approx 300-500 cal & 11 g Protein min. – any meat should work)

Daily Calorie Intake:  899

Daily Water Intake:  32

Daily Protein Intake:  53
