Well, I’m still figuring out this record-keeping thing, apparently. The daily food log is the most difficult. I think I’ll switch to uploading a weekly food log, like I’m planning to do with the exercise log. Last week was a bit of an odd week w.r.t. exercise, so the chart isn’t all that impressive. The first half of this week is the same, but I’m determined that the second half will be exhasting, exhilerating, and full!
