Eating Badly

Haven’t done so well today . . . . but I’m still posting it!  Which, in my world, means admitting to it.  Here goes:

  • Breakfast – 1 red velvet cupcake & 4 oz. coffee w/ creamer & SUGAR
  • Lunch – 1.5 pieces fried chicken (1 = dark meat), small order of Cajun fries & 1 biscuit from Popeye’s
  • Supper – TBD (planned:  apple, 8 oz. milk)
  • Water thus far:  1 – 8 oz. glass
