Well, I think I’ll start researching stuff. Dr. Gourmet (recommended to me by the weight management doctor I went to several months ago and never updated you on) has a 40-part guide to eating healthy.
The first one deals w/ breakfast. It’s pretty much common sense/common knowledge: eating breakfast = kick-starting the metabolism for the day. It recommends eating cereals/breads rather than meat/eggs, due to higher caloric intake on the latter. I don’t really have a problem with eating breakfast – typically have a granola cereal, oatmeal, or a couple of eggs.
My main issue is overeating in the afternoon/eating, and not planning healthy meals (and therefore eating out way too often). Hopefully the next 39 will speak to those two in some form or fashion!
