As you know, I’ve not been very good at tracking my food and/or exercise habits. One of the guys in our church small group mentioned a website he’s used for about a year that helps him do just that. Aaaaand, since I’m always open to new tools. . . I asked if he’d share the link with me.
He’s been doing quite a bit of running and biking, and that is what the site seems to be geared toward on the exercise side. Still, it seems fairly easy to customize. Also, it seems to be heavy on the setup side, but once all that work/input is done, getting into a routine is simple. At least, recording/planning a routine is simple!
