Just for the fun of it, I thought I’d check my BMI at 16 lbs. lighter (whoop!). It’s 30.5. So close to being out of the “obese” category! Eeesh. Hopefully, by the end of the year, it’ll be 29.8. That’d be a 20 lb. loss, which is my goal!
According to Dr. Gourmet, I should weigh 175, at the most. I’m not sure that I can get below 180, thanks to all the muscle I gained by carrying around so much excess weight for a few years. At least, that’s what Dr. G (a different one) said several months ago.
Anyway, back to work. Just wanted to keep posting here.
Side note: feeling terrible this afternoon. It’s directly related to the gummy bears I ate for a snack. Ugh! Stomach =/= happy camper!
