WW – Week 2 Recap

Week #2, complete!  Weighed in yesterday at 204.6 – Whoop!

It was, however, completely un-deserved.  I didn’t go crazy with the food, but didn’t exactly move much. . .or at all this past week.  Ok, so maybe I did move a little bit – there was that church work weekend.  Holy Hannah, I didn’t know there were so many leaves to be raked in all of North Texas.  My arms felt great the next day though.  Weird, right?  That being sore can feel good?

So, the things I need to do this week(end) aren’t really fitness focused.  They’re entirely catch-up-on-domestic-responsibilities-because-I-was-lazy-all-week focused.  Things like cleaning the bathroom, washing the gigantic pile of dishes we’ve managed to accumulate (also – How!?  There’s only two of us!), tackle a similar mountain of laundry, hang up a super-cool map of old Africa in the office, file all the paperwork etc., etc.  Oh, and start our bathroom remodel.  Ha.

Anyway – just checking in.  Onward and Upward, friends.

  1. Yay! That’s awesome! Don’t sell yourself short, it was completely deserved. Remember, weight loss is 70% in the kitchen and 30% in the gym. And btw, raking leaves burns a lot more calories than you think., so does cleaning house 🙂 Keep up the great work!
