Long-Term Goals:

  1. (Adjusted to) Reach & maintain weight of 170.
  2. Habitually exercise/live “actively.”
  3. Meal rotation of healthful recipes with the occasional splurge.
  4. Conquer sinful pattern of eating to avoid/bury unpleasant/difficult emotions.
  5. Hike the Grand Canyon.
  6. Run a 5K with the Hubs.
  7. Wear a size 12.

Short-Term Goals:

  1. Lose 6 lb. per month.
  2. Add 2 delicious, healthful recipes to repertoire per month.
  3. “Gym” appearance 3 times/week – 1 hour each visit.
  4. Get outside the house at least once/day.
